Award for best practice in science and technology parks
The award for best practice in science and technology parks of APTE arises in 2014 to recognize the best new practices carried out by the managers of the parks in their field of action.
In this sense, both the innovative aspect of the initiative and its impact on the entities of the science and technology park, as well as its environment, are valued.
The winners of these awards from the last edition to the first are listed below:
The Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain presented the award for best practice in Science and Technology Parks 2024, to the Cartuja Science and Technology Park for its initiative: ‘Retos Smart Mobility Cartuja’.
The runners-up prizes were awarded to: Tecnoparc, Parc Tecnològic i d’innovació for the initiative: ‘Hub Foodtech & Nutrition’, and the Parque Tecnológico de la Salud de Granada for the practice: ‘Aibot Experience’.

The Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain presented the awards for the best practices in Science and Technology Parks 2023, to Fundecyt. Science and Technology Park of Extremadura. for its ‘Extremadura Tech Talent’ initiative .
In the runner-up category, the practices of the Cartuja Science and Technology Park were recognized for its initiative ‘Cartuja Qanat’: Business Incubation Program, and the Granada Health Technology Park for the practice ‘AcexHealth’.
In the runner-up category, the practices of Parque Científico Tecnológico Cartuja were recognized for its initiative ‘Cartuja Qanat’: Business Incubation Program, and Parque Tecnológico de la Salud de Granada for the practice ‘AcexHealth’.
In the runner-up category, the practices of Málaga TechPark were recognized for its initiative ‘Por talento digital’ and Espaitec, Parc Científic i Tecnològic de la Universitat Jaume I de Castelló for the practice ‘Innovation Camp‘.
The Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain presented the awards for best practices in Science and Technology Parks 2021 to the Network of Technology Parks of the Basque Country for its FP/PARKE initiative .
In the runner-up category in each of the categories, recognition was given to the practices of the Málaga Techpark for its Club Málaga TechPark Execs initiative and the Technology Parks of Castilla y León for its Centr@tec Program.
The Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain presented the awards for best practices in Science and Technology Parks 2020 to the Aula Dei Science and Technology Park for its Porcinova initiative.
In the category of runners-up in each of the categories, the practices of PCT Cartuja, for eCitySevilla and in the Science and Technology Park of Extremadura for CETEIs were recognized.
The Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain presented the awards for best practices in Science and Technology Parks 2019, to the parks of ESADECREAPOLIS Parc de la Creatividad S.A. and Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía in the modality of parks younger and older than 10 years old.
In the category of runners-up in each of the categories, the practices of Fundación Parque Científico de Alicante, Parque Tecnológico de Álava, Parque Tecnológico Tecnocampus and Fundación Canaria Parque Científico Tecnológico de la Universidad de las Palmas de Gran Canarias were recognized.

The Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain presented the awards for best practices in Science and Technology Parks 2017, to the parks of Extremadura and Bizkaia in the modality of parks younger and older than 10 years old.
In the category of runners-up in each of the categories, the practices of the Creapolis Science and Technology Park, the University of Valencia Science Park, the Andalusia Technology Park and the Barcelona Science Park were recognized.

– Winner: Gijón Scientific and Technological Park: Gijón INVIERTE
– Second Prize: Science and Technology Park of Bizkaia: Innovanet Network.
– Second Prize: Andalusia Technology Park: Creation and promotion of the Aeronautics and Smart City Cluster.
Award for the most active parks in the APTE Technicians Network
The objective of this award is to recognize those parks that collaborate to a great extent in the activities included in the work plan of the Technicians Network each year.
For this purpose, the APTE Technology Transfer Delegate Commission will establish the criteria through which the participation of each of the members of the Network will be evaluated to determine which ones should be worthy of this recognition and will propose the ones it considers the winners in each edition.
The Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain presented the Award to the most active parks in the APTE Technicians Network during 2019, to the Technology Park of Andalusia, to Espaitec, Parc Científic Tecnològic i Empresarial de la Universitat Jaume I de Castelló and to the Science and Technology Park Avilés Isla de la Innovación.
Award for the Popularization of Science and Technology Parks in the Spanish Press
The Award for the Dissemination of Science and Technology Parks in the Spanish Press aims to recognize the work of the print and online media that best transmit the activities carried out by science and technology parks throughout Spain.
Being aware of the importance of bringing science and technology closer to society, APTE considers it essential to make visible the work that parks carry out in relation to renewal, diversification of productive activity, technological progress and economic development.
In this context, the press plays a very important role in transmitting these activities to society. For this reason, APTE values those who provide the best coverage, taking into account the number of publications on the subject and their quality.
The prize is awarded by vote of a jury composed of APTE members and consists of a commemorative plaque.
