PCTCAN: Innovation and Technology in Cantabria
Ecosystem for business development and R&D&I.
PCTCAN’s mission is to create an environment of high scientific and technological quality to attract and/or develop technology-based companies and institutions that promote R&D&I activities and/or projects, favoring the interrelation between them and transforming the Cantabrian business sector towards the generation of value.
Objectives
- Promote and encourage local and regional research, development and innovation (R&D&I) through the transfer of technologies and information.
- Facilitate the transfer of knowledge and technology from universities and public research centers, allowing the coordination of companies and institutions, promoting knowledge, innovation, new ideas and the development of the productive fabric (professional opportunities for university students and job creation).
- Act, in collaboration with other agents, as promoters and stimuli for technology-related companies.
- Contribute, together with other agents, to the creation of innovative technology-based companies and their competitiveness by locating them in the park.
- Providing high quality space and facilities to companies, and establishing technological services and training structures that give added value to companies and institutions.

Meeting rooms, auditorium, business incubator, cafeteria, restaurant, day care center, sports facilities, financial institutions…

Advice and support offered by SG
Obtaining aid for R&D&I projects, technology transfer network, event management and global maintenance of the park.
Spaces available

Business Incubator (Building 3000)
21 modules of between 16 and 35 m2. Interested companies are offered all types of infrastructure services, such as furniture, access control, maintenance, subway and surface parking, security and surveillance, and access to common areas. In addition, there is a parking space for each of the modules and 3 meeting rooms with a capacity of 12 to 16 people.
