The park has 6 associations and 46 linked companies (31 installed and 15 virtually linked). The sector with the greatest presence is Information Technology and Telecommunications (ICT), with 52.2% of activity.

Espaitec is a crucial instrument of the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón (UJI) facilitating scientific-technological transfer and promoting innovative entrepreneurship. From Espaitec we create added value for the companies linked to the park, connecting them and bringing them closer to the talent trained at the UJI, to society and to the business ecosystem of the province of Castellón.

Espaitec 1 building

Developed areas
Espaitec has a buildable area of 117,593.50 m2. It currently has an urbanized area of 48,765 m2 distributed in different plots prepared for the installation of innovative companies and cutting-edge research centers.

Espaitec has developed a strategy of continuous support to companies during the different phases of their life cycle, reinforcing its role as a hub for the agents of the innovative ecosystem. To this end, it has a set of value-added services focused on improving the competitiveness of the related business network and facilitating the transfer of technology and knowledge between the University and the industrial sector.
